If you feel an appointment will benefit the design of your project we have laid out our normal working practices below. all of our designers are are technically adverse in oak and hardwood and have many years in the industry. We pride ourselves on 'old fashioned service' and from the initial meeting you will feel comfortable, secure and reassured that County Oak can deliver your project on time and on budget.  

1. One of our designers will visit your home to discuss your requirements and available budget.
   
   
2. County Oak will investigate any planning or conservation restrictions and within these will design a conservatory or orangery to meet your needs.
   
   
3. We will present our recommended designs and in more complex designs we will complete a watercolour so you can visualise the finished building. 'a selection of the watercolours are shown below.
   
   
4. Once you're happy with the design, we will prepare detailed plans and make the appropriate submissions for planning permission.
   
   
5. Once the plans are approved we will produce all the required documentation to ensure that building regulations are met.
   
   
6. Our project manager will then ensure all the installation and building work is completed to the highest standards.
